I've been able to apply what I learned to better assess client needs and navigate available resources. Since implementing these skills, I've noticed that my communication with clients has improved significantly. I feel more confident guiding them and connecting them to the right services, which ultimately helps me serve our community more effectively. <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

He made it easy for each of us to share our different work experiences, so I learned a lot, and now understand more about the different and many services in Toronto.
