D\u00e9claration sur la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 et la r\u00e9conciliation :<\/strong>
Findhelp est une organisation fond\u00e9e et financ\u00e9e par des colons qui \u0153uvre sur des terres traditionnelles et issues de trait\u00e9s avec de nombreuses nations autochtones; nous \u0153uvrons aupr\u00e8s et soutenons des personnes de toute l\u2019\u00eele de la Tortue, et nous existons, op\u00e9rons au sein et participons \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me colonial qui continue de causer des pr\u00e9judices aux peuples autochtones. Nous reconnaissons qu\u2019en raison des impacts de la colonisation et de la discrimination, les peuples autochtones sont touch\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re disproportionn\u00e9e par la violence fond\u00e9e sur le sexe, la pauvret\u00e9, l\u2019itin\u00e9rance et le manque de ressources, et nous reconnaissons \u00e9galement qu\u2019en tant qu'organisme, nous faisons partie du syst\u00e8me qui cr\u00e9e ces disparit\u00e9s. Action en faveur de la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 et de la r\u00e9conciliation :<\/strong>
Findhelp a revu ses politiques, ses processus, ses pratiques et ses proc\u00e9dures internes sous l\u2019angle de la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 et de la r\u00e9conciliation. Avec l\u2019aide et l\u2019avis de divers conseillers autochtones en mati\u00e8re de v\u00e9rit\u00e9 et de r\u00e9conciliation, nous avons \u00e9labor\u00e9 un cadre de v\u00e9rit\u00e9 et de r\u00e9conciliation et travaillons \u00e0 le mettre en \u0153uvre. Nous reconnaissons que nous sommes tous des peuples issus de trait\u00e9s et nous nous engageons \u00e0 int\u00e9grer les enseignements tir\u00e9s des appels \u00e0 l\u2019action 57 et 92 du rapport de la Commission de v\u00e9rit\u00e9 et r\u00e9conciliation, qui nous demandent de former notre personnel aux \u00ab comp\u00e9tences interculturelles, \u00e0 la r\u00e9solution des conflits, aux droits de la personne et \u00e0 la lutte contre le racisme \u00bb.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Findhelp reconna\u00eet l\u2019existence d\u2019une discrimination, d\u2019une oppression et d\u2019un racisme syst\u00e9miques. C\u2019est ainsi que certains groupes de personnes sont confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des obstacles disproportionn\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9, d\u2019emploi et d\u2019opportunit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques. Au niveau des syst\u00e8mes, nous nous engageons \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 aux services sociaux et \u00e0 la personne par l\u2019entremise d\u2019initiatives, de partenariats et d\u2019approches nouvelles ou continues.\n \nAu niveau de l\u2019organisme, Findhelp croit fermement en l\u2019instauration d\u2019une culture d\u2019inclusion accueillante, respectueuse, s\u00e9curitaire et habilitante pour tous les employ\u00e9s. At the agency level, Findhelp believes in a workplace culture of inclusion that is welcoming, respectful, safe and empowering for all staff. It is important to our ongoing development and commitment to social justice to promote the inclusion of equity-deserving groups that have been, and continue to be, underrepresented and marginalized in the workforce, leadership roles, and in some specific occupations. Equity groups include Indigenous persons, Black and other racialized people, women, 2SLGBTQIA+ people, persons with disabilities and those who experience other forms of systemic oppression<\/p>
