La COVID-19 a mis en \u00e9vidence l\u2019acc\u00e8s in\u00e9gal aux services pour les populations noires et autochtones ainsi que pour les membres de communaut\u00e9s marginalis\u00e9es. Findhelp|211 Central s\u2019efforce d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 des renseignements sur les ressources afin de permettre aux communaut\u00e9s ayant des besoins sp\u00e9cifiques en mati\u00e8re de services sociaux de trouver et d'acc\u00e9der plus facilement \u00e0 ces services.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Be Yourself, See Yourself<\/a> tire parti des enseignements acquis lors d'un pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent projet pilote en renfor\u00e7ant les capacit\u00e9s de collecte de donn\u00e9es sur l'identit\u00e9 sociale et en donnant l'occasion de tester l'outil d'enqu\u00eate con\u00e7u lors du premier projet pilote dans le secteur des services communautaires et sociaux.<\/p>

L'objectif du projet est d'aider le secteur des services sociaux \u00e0 approfondir son apprentissage des meilleures pratiques, afin qu'il puisse mieux soutenir les communaut\u00e9s en qu\u00eate d'\u00e9quit\u00e9. Par ailleurs, ce projet pilote aidera le secteur \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer les changements n\u00e9cessaires pour mettre en \u0153uvre la collecte de donn\u00e9es sur l\u2019identit\u00e9 sociale \u00e0 plus grande \u00e9chelle.<\/p>

Ce projet pilote, financ\u00e9 par la ville de Toronto, la Fondation Trillium de l\u2019Ontario et United Way Greater Toronto, a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en oeuvre d\u2019octobre 2021 \u00e0 d\u00e9cembre 2022.<\/p>

Les agences sont invit\u00e9es \u00e0 rejoindre un mouvement d\u2019agences locales travaillant ensemble pour apprendre collectivement comment recueillir et utiliser les donn\u00e9es d\u2019identit\u00e9 sociale. Le but de ce parcours d\u2019apprentissage collectif est de mieux faire entendre notre voix \u00e0 titre de secteur des services communautaires et d\u2019am\u00e9liorer ensemble la capacit\u00e9 de chaque agence \u00e0 recueillir les donn\u00e9es sur l\u2019identit\u00e9 sociale. Nous souhaitons que ces donn\u00e9es permettent \u00e9galement aux personnes que vous servez d\u2019avoir de nouveaux moyens de se faire entendre et voir.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
