En collaboration \u00e9troite   \navec de nombreux partenaires, nous avons am\u00e9lior\u00e9 l\u2019intervention en situation de crise,   \n\u00e9largi l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux services et renforc\u00e9 les soutiens offerts \u00e0 travers la province.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En plus des nombreux appels et conversations re\u00e7us par la Ligne de soutien aux victimes   \net la Ligne pour les survivants masculins d\u2019agressions sexuelles, plus de 31 000 personnes   \nont consult\u00e9 le site Web du <a href=\"http:\/\/www.soutienauxvictimes.ca\/\">R\u00e9pertoire de soutien aux victimes<\/a> (RSV), une augmentation de   \n19 % par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. En r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 cette hausse, nous avons mis l\u2019accent   \nsur l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la formation, de la qualit\u00e9 des services et de la collaboration   \nsectorielle afin de mieux r\u00e9pondre aux besoins en \u00e9volution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nos progr\u00e8s cette ann\u00e9e se refl\u00e8tent dans plusieurs domaines cl\u00e9s :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Accro\u00eetre l\u2019acc\u00e8s:<\/strong> La nouvelle version du R\u00e9pertoire de soutien aux victimes   \ncomprend d\u00e9sormais plus de 16 000 fiches en anglais et en fran\u00e7ais, avec un acc\u00e8s   \naccru aux services pour les communaut\u00e9s noires et autochtones, les personnes   \n2SLGBTQIA+, les Francophones, les nouveaux arrivants, les a\u00een\u00e9s, les jeunes, ainsi   \nque les survivant\u00b7e\u00b7s en situation de handicap.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Renforcer les capacit\u00e9s:<\/strong> Vingt activit\u00e9s de formation ont \u00e9t\u00e9 offertes, incluant de   \nnouveaux modules sur l\u2019intervention en situation de crise, la r\u00e9conciliation et le   \nsoutien aux survivants masculins. Plus de 55 membres du personnel ont suivi la   \nformation, et un nouveau Centre de gestion de l\u2019apprentissage a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 pour   \nsoutenir l\u2019apprentissage continu dans toute la province.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Am\u00e9liorer les services:<\/strong> Des soutiens sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s pour les survivants masculins ont   \n\u00e9t\u00e9 introduits, notamment du contenu additionnel sur le RSV, une formation   \nsp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e et de nouveaux protocoles permettant d\u2019offrir des appels de suivi   \nadapt\u00e9s au niveau de pr\u00e9paration des survivants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Solidifier les partenariats:<\/strong> Dans le cadre de la collaboration de la Ligne   \nprovinciale de crise (LPC), Findhelp a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 des engagements communs en   \nmati\u00e8re de vision, de valeurs, d\u2019int\u00e9gration des donn\u00e9es et de coordination   \nprovinciale accrue. Rien de tout cela ne serait possible sans nos partenaires : <a href=\"https:\/\/www.beendigen.com\/\">Beendigen<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.awhl.org\/\">Assaulted Women\u2019s Helpline<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/centrevictoria.ca\/\">Centre Victoria pour Femmes<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/maisondamitie.ca\/\">Maison d\u2019Amiti\u00e9<\/a>et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oasisfemmes.org\/\">Oasis Centre des femmes<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces efforts refl\u00e8tent un engagement syst\u00e9mique \u00e0 mettre les survivantes et survivants au   \npremier plan. Une personne ayant contact\u00e9 nos services a partag\u00e9 \u00e0 une navigatrice : <em>\u00ab Vous m\u2019avez sauv\u00e9 la vie!
