Findhelp| 211 Training & Development Agency Specific Workshops provide specific foundational skills-building workshops that are engaging, in-depth, interactive sessions.

We offer practical Information and Referral (I&R) Training workshops for community and social service practitioners. Participants are encouraged to join in discussions, activities, exercises, and content that will expand their knowledge and build their skills.

In-person sessions are a great way to network with other social service providers!

Here is some feedback from participants of our 2024 Findhelp Training Workshops

The sessions on "Understanding the Human Services System" and "Information, Referral and Communication Skills" have made a real difference in my work.

I've been able to apply what I learned to better assess client needs and navigate available resources. Since implementing these skills, I've noticed that my communication with clients has improved significantly. I feel more confident guiding them and connecting them to the right services, which ultimately helps me serve our community more effectively.

Faed is a wonderful teacher and facilitator. He made it easy for each of us to share our different work experiences, so I learned a lot, and now understand more about the different and many services in Toronto. Having a wider understanding of the Human Services System really helps me in my work and the help I am able to give to my clients.
